Greetings from the Hotel Indigo Harrisburg, which is conveniently located near the Pennsylvania Turnpike and other main routes in Harrisburg. Our newest boutique hotel in Harrisburg, set to open in the spring of 2018, will have a modern aesthetic and a design that perfectly embodies the spirit of the state capitol. Our hotel boasts a great location with 149 modern rooms featuring thoughtful touches like spa-inspired showers, plush bedding, and upscale amenities. It's only minutes away from the bustling downtown area, as well as a short drive to the Amish farmlands and Hershey, Pennsylvania. After breakfast at Riverrun Restaurant, there is so much to see and do that we are unsure of where to begin. After breakfast, we head out to discover our lively neighborhoods. The dome of the capitol building, which is our crown jewel, was inspired by Michelangelo's architecture.For St Peter's Basilica in Rome, you can either create your own candy bars or take a chocolate tasting lesson. It's a difficult task, but someone has to do it at Chocolate World before going to Hersheypark for a thrilling day of fun. When you get to know the Harrisburg, Hershey area, you will discover something to enjoy and tell your friends back home, regardless of your interests in history, museums, or food.
